Established in 1995, Bristol shop bangbang records was set-up by Rachel Bryant & DJ Mike Shawe to provide cutting edge electronic house & dance music vinyl. Since day one we have strived to be the very best with a continued emphasis on stocking the most dynamic music the scene has to offer together with the highest level of customer service. We constantly anticipate changes that may be around the corner and having a broad dance music knowledge ensures you, the customer, will always get a choice of the best tunes. With Mike\s specialist knowledge of Funk, Soul, Boogie, Disco, Electro & Hip Hop we have an amazing and extensive catalogue of rare and hard to find classics!

Incorporating our ethos of quality to the interior shop design, we recently enlisted the help of heralded designer Frank McGoldrick to design and re-fit our store. The mix of solid mahogany with natural fabrics and muted colours all make for a warm,comfortable & relaxed shopping experience.

The interior is perfectly complimented by our custom designed Bose instore sound system. We have also provided luxurious window seating so your friends and partners can chill whilst you listen to your records on one of our 5 instore Technics turntables equiped with top quality Sony Headphones.
